Joining the ECDP is an easy process, no matter if you’re a full-time resident, part-time resident, or just a democracy enthusiast!

Why Join?

There are so many reasons to be a member!

  • Be connected to like-minded defenders of democracy in our community

  • Be the first to know about demonstrations, candidate events, social events, trainings, and other ways to be involved

  • Vote on important issues at our general membership meetings

Being a member is your key to county and state party activities! Upcoming member activities include:

  • Our Annual Emmet County Convention on March 28 (membership must be submitted by Feb 26 to be eligible)

  • State Endorsement Convention on April 19. You can ONLY have a voice in selecting the Democratic nominee if you are a registered MDP member!

  • Excellent! We have a Seasonal Resident category of membership that requires 2 steps.

    Step 2: Contact us at membership@emmetdemocrats.org‍ ‍- We will make sure that you have the correct membership type in our records!
